We're looking for sales leaders to develop, scale and lead the sales organization across multiple office locations. You will be responsible to design, own and oversee the Sales Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in establishing an aggressive sales strategy and be an expert in Direct and Inside sales to the SMB and enterprise market.

This leader will own and manage a team of senior sales people and has a strong background in owning and nurturing C-Level relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.

Your duties

Build and lead high-performing sales organization.

  • Attract, hire, and develop A+ talent
  • Mentor and lead sales teams
  • Establish a performance-driven sales organization that exceeds bookings targets
  • Establish cadence for reporting on sales performance, conversion, and fore-casted growth
  • Drive performance through planning, real-time coaching, and actionable development plans

Transform and execute GTM strategy

  • Assume overall responsibility for the direction of all growth
  • Recommend and acquire the key resources necessary to enable success in the SMB and Enterprise markets
  • Build pipeline for organic growth by ensuring excellence in the planning and delivery of full life cycle business development activities
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of the market landscape, competitive insights, end user trends across markets and use knowledge to advance sales strategies
  • Work closely with partner ecosystem as a key driver of business growth

Be a ‘culture champion’ and inspiring leader

  • Drive a “winning” culture focused on positivity and unity
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Clearly articulate vision and value proposition to customers and partners
  • Provide honest, thoughtful, and constructive feedback (to both under and over performers)

Your profile

  • Experience in a Senior Leadership role with a track record of success leading teams
  • Executive level sales expert with established reputation amongst partners and clients
  • Direct sales experience
  • Can demonstrate training and sales readiness for a large organization
  • Ability to identify emerging business trends resulting in strategy recommendations
  • Able to effectively articulate sales performance
